Skyline on Brickell

The notable Chicago investment and development firm, Skyline Equities first venture into South Florida, ATCI was chosen late in the project; however ATCI™ was able to meet stringent construction deadlines with the installation of a 52 camera video system, access, intercom and gate control systems. ATCI™ has been intricately involved on the security design for their second South Florida Project, Skyline at Mary Brickell Village in the prestigious Brickell Avenue community.

Brickell on the River – Phase I & II

Ocean One and Ocean Two

ATCI provided security systems for this 30+ story, multi-towered, luxury high-rise development located on Sunny Isles Beach.  These systems included CCTV, access control, customized elevator software and parking gate system.



Midtown Miami – Midtown Equities

The Midtown Miami project is one of the largest inner city projects that will provide a mixed used development for approximately 5,000 Condo owners, the public access areas, and the inclusion of multiple retail tenants, to include large retailers, such as Target. ATCI is providing the security systems for the residential buildings, to include video surveillance, parking revenue control, access to the main components of the buildings, and alarm systems for the residences.



Biscayne Landing – Boca Developers

Biscayne Landings is one of the largest residential development projects with over 10,750 individual residences being constructed within four towers and two and three story multi family dwelling on the project site. Included in this project are numerous entertainment areas, pools, tennis courts, etc. ATCI is providing the security systems, surveillance systems, and alarms for the project to include all parking and gated areas. In addition, we have provided structured cabling throughout the tower structures.

Shingle Creek Resort – Rosen Hotels

Shingle Creek Hotel and Convention Center is a 1,500 room Resort Hotel with an attached convention center boasting about the more than 450,000 square foot Center for the property, it has many amenities to include numerous restaurants, and entertainment areas, retail shops and a Public Golf Course. ATCI provided for the video surveillance system and security systems for the facility, to include the hotel guest rooms.

Shingle Creek Resort & Convention Center – Rosen Hotel, Florida’s largest independent hotelier’s 1500 room resort hotel and convention center in Orlando Florida. ATC involvement including project management and installation of a 140 camera CCTV system and emergency call stations throughout the property. We coordinated with 3VR a manufacturer of an intelligent video system, with the installation of a state of the art CCTV monitoring system offering facial recognition and operational functionalities

Shipyards at Jacksonville –

ATC is working with the Landmar Development Group of Jacksonville on the marquis mixed use (residential, riverwalk, marina, retail and restaurant) planned for downtown Jacksonville. ATC is providing CCTV, and access and intrusion systems for the different components of this development including tower residences. We are also providing controlled access and CCTV coverage for the public components of the riverwalk and private marina.
