Vincent
J. Vento - Chief Executive Officer/President

Vincent
J. Vento established ATCI™ in 1993 and continues to
serve as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. Mr.
Vento has built a list of reputable customers and projects
worth over $50 million by providing integrated electronic
technology solutions for Fortune 1000 businesses and government
agencies. Mr. Vento oversees day-to-day functions of the executive
committee. Most recently, he has expanded ATCI’s services
and expertise to South and Central America.

Prior
to the establishment of ATCI™, Mr. Vento founded VCC Technologies,
Inc. in 1975 and served as President. He grew the company to an
operation with more than 60 employees and four offices in the state
of Florida. VCC Technologies became nationally recognized as a leader

Nick Duarte - General Manager/Vice President

Nicolas Duarte joined ATC International in October of 2007 with a mandate to streamline processes, improve efficiency and increase bottom line while always meeting the most stringent company goals and customer requirements. Mr. Duarte is an Accomplished Administrator, Business Professional, Manager with a successful 17 year track record as Senior Executive of a Technology Firm.

Nicolas has Business Management and Law degrees from the University of Miami and is Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
Phillip A. Gravino, CPP - Director Government Systems
 |
Mr.
Gravino became Director Government Systems at ATCI in 2002,
bringing 35 years of experience in the Security Discipline,
as a security expert. Prior to joining the ATCI Team, he served
as the Director of Security at the Public Health Trust of
Miami Dade County, with the overall responsibility of Security
Policies, Guard Force Management, Investigations and regulatory
compliance. He brings his business and technical expertise
to the development of business within the Government Sector.
He began his career as a Criminal Investigative in the US
Marines, and continued to grow his expertise in the retail,
hospitality and healthcare the organizations represented.

Mr. Gravino
has a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s Degree
in Business. He is a tenured member of the American Society for Industrial
Security International (35 years), as well as numerous Professional

Michael Mountain
– Operations Manager

Mr. Mountain brings over 28 years of experience starting in the 1980s as an alarm technician for
Rollins protected services. Mike then went on to pursue his college degree in electrical engineering and a minor in business management. Mike continued to pursue a career in management when he was hired by ADT security services as service manager for the south east region where he stayed for a period of fifteen years. Mike was able to achieve all goals through dedication, understanding of customers needs and goals, and professionalism.

Mike was then hired at ATC International as field operation manager, and now manages and trains all technicians and prepares them for large project installation and service.
